Welcome to the homesite of the Crossroads Group. Our global mission, since the beginning in 1993 and now for over two decades, is to help students approach learning in a more effective and worthwhile way.
Unlike all-too-common “cram” or test-prep classes, which most students and their parents find ultimately self-defeating, we employ a more powerful approach by seeking to teach students to enjoy study and learning as life-long habits. Toward this goal, we teach essential learning tools not covered in school. This is the central approach both in our Extra Mile programs (e.g., writing, mathematics, note-taking, time management, data science, etc.), and for select students in personal one-on-one instruction.
In addition to our Extra Mile Writing programs, we hold Extra Mile workshops in new areas valuable to students (but often not taught in school):
– Jump-start Calculus, Physics

– Introduction to Data Science & Visualization
– Academic Research and Writing
– Public Speaking and Presentation
